        HOW TO DEAL WITH CHANGE.....
Change we all know is a constant phenomenom and there are various challenges and factors
that affect change.
And to deal with these factors and challenges is what we want to consider.
Change comes in various and different aspects and areas of life as individuals,society,communities and
environment even the world at large

             CHALLENGES OF CHANGE....
1.Your Dads Jobs requires that you relocate.
2.Your best friend is moving far away.
3.Your older siblings is leaving home to get married.
4.Entering a new year and you want to change some of your habits
5.After election in your country,organisation or group and you having a new leader.
6.You had to find a new job or you start working in a new place or under a new boss.
7.You are travelling to a new state or country for a new Job or Study.
    how well will you adapt to such challenges.
A tree that can bend with the wind will likely survive the storm like such tree you such tree
you are likely to BEND with changes over which you have little or no control.
                    WHAT YOU SHOULD KNOW.
 Change is inevitable.A fundamental truth about humans is that an unexpected event overtake them all.
Of course not all unexpected event are bad some changes that might seem to be bad can turn out to be advantageous.
    Nevertheless,most people thrive on routine,while change whether good or bad rattle their comfort zone.

  Changes can be stressful for adolescent
 Adolescent are already going through internal changes.External changes just add to the stress.
      When adult face a change they can refer to their personal book of experience to see how they dealt with
similar situation in the past.
      But young people have less history on which to draw.
           You can learn to Adapt...
       Resilience is the ability to recover from misfortune or adjust to change.A resilent person can not only
endure a new circumstance but also look at a seeming obstacle and see an opportunity in it.
       Resilent teens are less likely to turn to drug or alcohol when they feel overwhelmed.

               What you can do?
 Accept Reality- No doubt you would like to have total control of your life,but that is simply not possible friends
will move away or marry siblings will grow up and leave home,circumtances may force some change and may force you
or your family to move leaving behind friends location and love ones.It is better to accept reality than to let negative
thoughts overwhelm you.
           Look Ahead.Because Focusing on the past is like driving on a highway with your eyes fixed on the rear view.
mirror.An occasional glance is beneficial,but you really need to concentrate on the road ahead.The same is true when you are
confronted with change.Try to keep your eyes fixed on the future.
  For example what goal could you set for the next month or six months?
